Spotlight Feature – Wit & Whistle, paper goods
Last week I ordered a super cute dragon scales jotter from Amanda Wright founder of Wit & Whistle. It arrived just a few days later, and I fell in love with my new jotter as soon as I held it in my hands (it’s even cuter in person). They are adorable and very handy when on the road, I haven’t had the chance to draw in it yet, but I’ll promise you it won’t take long and I’ll be drawing away!
I seem to have the best jewelry design ideas (Bettina Johnson Jewelry) when I’m on the road; getting errands done or spending time with my little one outside! So, I decided to get me a sketch jotter, especially for this purpose (so happy I did!!!). And because I’m so delighted by Amanda’s product and customer service that I like to give her a shout out, and feature her as our Monday Spotlight Feature.
Meet Amanda:
I’m Amanda Wright—self-proclaimed design nerd, and the girl behind Wit & Whistle. My husband, Daniel, and I live in a quirky A-frame house in Cary, North Carolina with our two dogs, Oliver and Mabel. Wit & Whistle offers witty greeting cards and whistle worthy paper goods—all designed and illustrated by me!
When I’m not inventing new goodies for the shop, I try to make sure life is brimming with creative moments. I fill sketchbook pages with doodles, dream up DIY projects, decorate our home, get dirt under my fingernails in the garden, dabble in photography, and do a fair amount of cooking and baking. Documenting these moments on my blog motivates me to live a creative life, and hopefully it will be a source of inspiration to you as well.
Thank you so much for the feature Bettina! I’m thrilled that you like your jotter, and I hope it inspires tons of great jewelry ideas. 🙂
You’re welcome Amanda. I can’t wait to start using it!
