Recipe // Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
As a busy mommy I am always on a run, so I started making a “one-in-all breakfast smoothie“, that can be taken anywhere and is done in just 2-3 minutes.
I would absolutely use fresh ingredients for this smoothie to give you an even bigger boost, but since I am limited on Organic produce here in Okinawa, Japan I just bought frozen fruits (this makes this smoothie even easier to put together!).
