I’ll post the recipe at the bottom for you with a full direction on how to prep the mix. My family eats waffles almost every day for breakfast and sometimes as a snack during the day. I make a batch which is enough to feed us two days, I use the rest of my batch the next day.
This recipe is a lifesaver because I love breakfast but don’t want a pancake/waffle that has an undercooked texture, which most gluten-free items seem to have. Being gluten sensitive doesn’t have to be a struggle, because it’s not.
Just think about it for a second, if you can heal your body by simply changing your diet wouldn’t you choose that instead of taking meds every day for the rest of your life? Let’s take another look at how amazing these waffles look. Oh, and by the way, they TASTE incredible, too.
