The other day I was craving some salsa and Tortilla chips, but didn’t have any tortilla chips at home! I had some soft corn tortillas that came in really handy tho., so I used these soft Tortillas by cutting them in quarters. Placing them on a baking sheet, spraying some olive oil on both sides and sprinkling seasonal salt on them was all I had to do.
I baked them at 375˚F for 10-15 minutes (or until lightly brown on the edges), to get them nice and crispy.
