DIY Essential Oil Infused Play-Dough
It’s getting cold outside, but the kids still need some entertainment. That’s why I am going to show you how you can make your own DIY Essential Oil Infused Play-Dough today.
Last week we had a few days of rain, a holiday and no school days. I sure was busy with my two little ones and desperately needed to keep the, occupied.
Then I remembered the little booklet that I got for my #oheverythingoily team, which comes with lots of DIYs for your essential oils.
On one of the pages, it had a recipe for homemade play dough, which I thought was so fun to make for the kids, since it’s all natural made with ingredients everyone has at home.
I immediately got to it and 30 min later the kids had some natural, relaxing playdough to play with.
Honestly, this was even fun for me. Talk about a stress reliever right there!

Play-Dough compound is non-toxic, non-irritating & non-allergenic except as noted: Children who are allergic to wheat gluten may have an allergic reaction to this product. Also, due to the high salt content in Play-Doh compound, the product can be harmful to pets if ingested.
I love that it was so simple to add the Peace & Calming essential oil to the dough which helped relax my kids. I could see this being a great tool for kids with ADD and ADHD. Add Cedarwood essential oil to the dough and you may thank me later.
