Custom headband by Arianna’s Fancy Bowtique Giveaway

Hi friends, last week I received the images from Perfect Expressions Photography
from our newborn photo-shoot and they came out soooo amazing! She looks so peaceful, love it!

MY STORY:


I am a stay at home mother to three children under six. I have always been really crafty. My parents are both very artistic. They can paint beautifully! I, however, did not get that from them. I can do sticks figures, but just barely. My artistic skills originally came in the form of food. I started cake decorating and that lead to culinary school. I finished culinary school and tried to move to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I was under 21 and no one would hire me. I was completely crushed. So I went back to school. This time for psychology. I have an AA in psychology and I am working towards a doctorate. Even if it takes me forever I WILL finish. I had to take a break though because I could not further my college education while living in Okinawa. This has given me a chance to concentrate more on my children. I started buying ribbon and making fabric flowers for my daughter, soon she has so much that my husband suggested I started selling the things I made. In fact he was one of many people at that time who suggested I sell my products. So it clicked. The next month I was in full swing and doing my first bazaar.

MY INSPIRATION:

My daughter is my inspiration. She is VERY girly so things I do tend to be over the top. My style comes out as well with vintage pieces. I also really enjoy taking ideas and designing for others who come to me. It makes me quite giddy to have a challenge. Any great thing about custom orders is that it is their personality and it is so neat to see that in hair accessories.

MY FAVORITE ITEM:

My favorite items are my fabric flowers. I just love being able to work with fabric, cut, turn, manipulate, and it comes up amazing!

  34. I love the rolled flowers with the 2 shades of green and red… in the rolled flowers album

    Also, I saw a cream lace headband with I believe 3 flowers at her booth in the bazaar… I meant to come back to purchase it, but didn't have my daughter to size it.
