Budget-friendly Office Storage

Office Update30

I posted a before and after of my office on instagram @oheverythinghandmade yesterday, which made me realize that I have not shared my budget-friendly storage solution with you guys yet!

So, today I’ll be sharing my Budget-friendly Office Storage and what I use to store all my craft supplies!

This is how I had my station for printing, and storage set-up. But, after a couple of months I realized that it just wasn’t working with the cabinet being so low and the openings too small, nothing really fit in there.

A couple of months ago, I went to Ikea and found these KALLAX shelving units, which are a new style of the EXPEDIT units. I got me two of those since they are $34.99 a piece and some storage boxes KASSETT which are $9.99 for a two pack. To raise the shelving units, I used the CAPITA 4-inch legs, it made such a big difference!

Office Update

The office is almost done, all I need is a craft table – which I am planing on building after our vacation (around November).  Other than that, I’ve added a cozy rug that I found at Target on clearance, and a few new art pieces on the wall.

My mannequin is wearing our fall inspired infinity scarf!

  1. I love the look of the storage boxes in the IKEA shelf – definitely makes for a tidy look! I have so many boxes all over the place and somehow I think I’ll be looking out for suitable shelves to put them into, because it looks so much better. Oh and … cute wall decoration!
